Hi- we have a Merlin Legend R1. Currently we access outside lines by dialing the pool code 890. Is there a way to just dial 9 and access the pool? thanks

Either put the lines into pool 70 instead of pool 890 (because 70 is the default dial out pool in auto route selection), or reprogram the ARS tables to pick 890 instead of 70.

thanks again- I don't think I can use ARS with this Legend R1 since we have 10 digit local calling. Is there any other simple way to enable the 9?
