Customer has two hunt groups used for office and warehouse. I have them in HYBRID mode now and I want to be able to allow them to dial 9 to access hunt-a then dial 8 to access hunt-b.

Is this possible or must I set them up in Hybrid mode and use dial codes 880,881, etc?

What is wrong with dialing the group number?

It's people like you who generalize.

They have been use to dialing 9 all this time. I do not think they will want to get use to dialing a 3 digit group number.

Well If I understand you correctly then you are using the dial OUT code 9 to attempt to dial an internal extension? Or am I way off base?

If their phones have two programmable buttons and the hunt groups contain extensions, you could program each group on a button. Label one button office and the other warehouse. They would press the button to call the group. It wouldn't matter if the system was keyed or in hybrid mode.
