I have centrex lines coming into the MICS 4.1 which require a 9 for dial out access, but when I push intercom I have to dial 9 and then I'm transferred to an available line in my pool and I have to dial 9 again. Does anyone know how I can strip one of those nines off.

If you go iinto services and create a route and destination you can have the destination (9) go to route 1 and absorb(strip) all digits, then in route 1 use trunk group a (or whatever you need) and insert a 9.

There is a simpler way to do this.Press F*1 press a button
then add 9 as the out digit and it should work since the system would select the default ougoing pool, and you would have a button to call out. Please note that you would have a time delay which should be disregarded and simply dial your out going number as soon as you pres your pool button.
