I just realized that there are a bunch of area codes that do not require you to dial 9 to get an outside line (which we require) They are all in the same RLI but I'm not sure what needs to be changed.

Sounds to me like someone is using a trunk access code to get around NARS.

What are the Area Codes?

what are you dialing to reach those outside numbers.. if it's not acod then it's going to be a steering code.. 1 work in the 803, if i add 1803 as a dsc, then i could dial 1803 444 xxxx and reach that number.. the ncos i need would be determined by the frl on the rlb.. and i could still have 1803 as an npa in ld 90, allowing 9 1803..

i don't know why anyone would want to do that
