OK, i know it is there, i've programmed it before. I have a ACS processor, R4.0, I have one 2500 set that I want to only be able to access line three when they dial 9. I removed the other lines from that extension, but I cant remember how to set the dial 9 group to allow just this one line. I need them to get the intercom dial tone first and dial a 9 so that the line can be used by the key phone users as well.

TIA
It is only my opinion, based on my experience and education...I am always willing to learn, educate me!

I've done this for single line phones as follows, maybe it'll help. From centralized telephone programming, **(auto line selection), then push intercom, then the line 3 button. For a single line phone, it will cause you to dial 9 to get outside dial tone.
If that's not what you meant, maybe it will help you to remember... Matt Wray

I almost forgot, after you select the line order, don't forget to push** again to tell the switch your done... Matt Wray
