Hi can somone tell me how to make it so all the phones on my 7 v12 have to dial 9 to get an out side line THANKS Jake

menu-->sys prog-->exit-->system-->mode(system has to be idle)-->hybrid/pbx-->enter...system will restart and you will have to dial 9 from non-console phones...console phones you can make qcc's so they have to dial 9 as well.
