I am trying to restore service to a MICS that for some reason lost part of its system programming. For some reason the "9" access code was scrambled in the process is no longer working. Under "Line pool Access Codes" in system programming, 9 is not assigned to any of the line pools and the system will not let me assign 9. It is acting like the 9 is already being used somewhere. When I dial 9 from Intercom Dial tone, instead of a fast busy the system is waiting for more digits. I can assign a line pool access code of 8, and that works fine. I cannot find where that 9 is being used. Does anyone have any thoughts on this problem. The system extensions are all 200's.
