Have a customer that has Partner ACS R.7 w/308 exp. card and Partner Messaging R.7. I have setup dial 0/timeout action to call a calling group with several exts. in group. Works fine but customer wants to be able to distinguish between a dial 0 call be transfered by AA and someone just transfering to a single ext. I am not certain of any solutions to this problem, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, JAZE

what I have done in a similar situation is to have the 0 option go to a phantom extension with the a bell (or two ) something mechinical or electronic that difers from the acs ring mounted in a central location /locations . all extensions have a pick up key for this extension .

so a 0 rings with a diffrent sound and anyone can answer it knowing that it was a 0 call
