We have a main AVAYA PBX (8720) in our CT location with 2 sites set up as ESS's (8710)in NJ and Indy. When a user in NJ dials 0 for the operator they go to Indy instead of the front desk in NJ. When I dial 0 I get the NJ operator like I should. How can I change the coinfiguration so that when someone in NJ dials 0 they receive the operator in NJ?
 
In my set up the problem would be the tenant that the extension is assigned to. Disp console and see which tenant the NJ console is in. Then change station and put the station in that tenant.

List station also shows the tenant that each station is in.

If they are dialing 0 in a voicemail greeting that is a configuration in the voicemail system.
