I appreciate any help you guys can give me. I have two extensions 8050 and 8051 that I would like to ring when an inhouse telephone calls 0. Thanks again for your help, this forum is great!
In cmd 200 set 0 to 801 (single digit extn)
In cmd 11 find a vacant Len and create extn 0.
In cmd 9000 find a key on the dterms you want to answer calls to 0 and assign 0 to the key!
Thank you so much for your assistance, I was able to get the two phones to answer as I hoped. Step 2 was already performed (I found 0 setup in Command 11), so then I assigned 0 to a key on the phone and it worked. I remain confused about step 1 though. I didn't find 801 in command 200, nor did I add it. I have my command 200 data below. Do you mind explaining how to do what you intended in command 200? Thanks again so much!

You have only listed the * (A) and # (B) settings in Cmd 200! try cmd 200 de 0 de and you should find it is set to 801 this assigns digit 0 as a single digit extension number. if you have three digit extension numbers, the first digit of your extension numbers will be set as 803 or if four digit 804!
