Hello,

I would like to have our receptionist's phone ring when someone dials '0'.
Right now, dialing '0' goes to the voicemail system login.
Where is this setting located?

System: Mitel SX-2000 Light

Thanks

maintenance command "locate number 0" will tell you what/where it is.

Thanks for the advice. I did as suggested, and the response was, "The number refers to a Non Prime Attendant Group."

I looked in Attendant Forms but didn't find the setting there. Should I be looking somewhere else?

Thanks

I believe a Non Prime Attendant Group would be a button on a console. Check the call rerouting forms to see if 0 is being rerouted always to VM. Either that or the console is not active or the operator is absent, so the call to that button is following call rerouting 1st alternative of the console DN.
