Hello Team
How is possible to dial a contact stored in ONE-X PORTAL by clicking it without entering the 9 as line access code?
If the user edits and stores the contact number with 9 in front of the contact then the incoming call is not getting identified as a call from the contact as the incoming call is from the exact contact number without 9.

THANKS

Nikos

Yes I can do this but then all the users will see the 9XXXXXXXXXX calls on their sets in case they do not have stored contacts with the 9 before the actual number. So this will solve my problem with a few users and will generate another problem with the most of the users. Correct?

Nikos

If you have a 9N/N/Dial/ARS50 system shortcode for outgoing external calls, add ?/./Dial/ARS50 and then people (and apps) can dial without a prefix.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
