DIAG004 Error 1

I am trying to add auto dial keys (ADL 16) and I keep getting the following:

"KEY 06 ADL 16
KEY
DIAG004 Diagnostic - p1=0x19ed - p2=0x19cd - p3=0x0
p4=0x0 - p5=0x0 - p6=0x0"

I get this message when I create a new set, or when I try to modify an existing set.

This used to work before, so I am sort of puzzled.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

what type of phone.. looks like that key is reserved.. it is on a 3900 set.. you would need aom 1 for a 2616 to have key 16

It is on a 2616 phone set. We are trying to make the auto dial key on 12 or 13. I even had issues placing the auto dial key on 5 or 6 also.

Try programming
KEY 06 ADL

Leave off the 16 which is the default value.
