Diag extension removed / plugged in

Hi

We have one extension installed today on a remote site (5610SW IP) and are receiving regular alerts from the system that it has been removed then plugged in (every 2 minutes).

Here is the spec:

Main Site:
IP Office SOE
Router: Draytek 3300v
.....
Lan to Lan VPN
.....
Remote Site:
Router: Draytek VigorPro 5510 UTM Anti-virus scanning firewall (don't know if this makes a difference)
Switch: PowerConnect 2748 (web managed), no separate VLAN, no special config
Phone (only one phone on site): 5610SW IP which is causing the issue

We have switched out the phone, power supply and network cables.

We have another phone on another remote site running fine, we have setup bandwidth reservation for TCP & UDP traffic on ports 1719-1720 for both sites (plenty of bandwidth).

The ISP is the same on both sites.

The phone flickers occasionally and the telephone lines a,b,c etc dissapear for a second or two, however if you are on the phone it just cuts out after a few minutes, the screen shows the number dialled for about 15 seconds then the screen goes a faint grey.

Any pointers on how to diagnose the issue would be really helpful as I am stumpted!!

Who installed it? If it is a business partner then you should bring him back out to finish the install.
 
Sounds like its bad power or bad phone. or it could be a connection issue.
