Just changed a client over to Cox POTS line service to get him off of an ISDN. He has 1 CI card in his MICS and 1 ISDN card and 6 analog lines.
I pulled the ISDN card from the right slot and replaced it with another CI card.
When I tried to reconfigure lines 1-4 it is displaying the TRUNK TYPE as BRI-U4. Lines 025-28 are displaying TRUNK TYPE as LOOP.
When check the cards on the KSU it still shows Cd1-KSU as BRI-U4. When I tried to CHANGE it to LOOP is just keeps saying DISABLE CARD. I don't know how to DIABLE the card and reenable it as a LOOP.
Cd2-KSU os showwing as LOOP.
