I was given a list of longdistance auth codes for users to unlock longdistance when I started this job. (NCOS2)

Problem is one user wrote down his auth code on the wall (with a black marker) in a research lab.. No comment on that one !!! ;-)

Now that authcode has migrated out into the manufacturing facility and is being used to unloc long distance on phones.

The user is upset because long distance calls are now being charged to him and he has not made them... Once again no comment

How can I disable that auth code?

LD 88
REQ OUT
TYPE AUT
CUST 0
SCPW XXXX (try 4 zeroes)
CODE (put the code you want to remove here)
carriage return thru everything else.

you can use all if they were auto generated, and they all go away.. if your using a procomm, a script will delete them by the hundreds, and put in new ones if like us, use the dept number the employee number plus the last four of the social.. can't auto but you can script.. if you need a script file to add codes from a excel, let me know and i'll paste one here...
