DI-524 not able to connect to get the IP from DSL modem

Hi all,

I just got a DI-524 that i connected with my DSL SpeedStream modem. I setup the router to connect with PPPoE, channel 6, WEP 128bits, but when i click on connect it doesn't do, and it just show me "Line connecting". My UserName and password are correct since working on my old router.
I did reset the router, and restarted modem and router many times. Don't know what goes wrong.

Any suggestion?

what did you use for username for example mine is shoe@iserv.net NOT shoedsl@iserv.net
