I am an absolute begginer and I can not seem to get my <layers> working correctly. I am using Samms DHTML in a week Book and have followed the steps carefully.

Could you please give me lots of examples on how simple layer programs should look like and work.

I get the features on the screen but instead of them being layered they just appear directly below one another.

Please help!

-> to use layers you'll have to use NETSCAPE
-> to place them you need to use the &quot;position&quot; attribute in the css part
