DHTML viewer from C++ using CRPE

Is there a way to launch the DHTMl viewer in crystal 8.5 from a C++ application. The application dynamically creates a .rpt file and I want to show it in the DHTML viewer instead of exporting it to HTML 3.2 or HTML 4.0. Any help is appreciated.
