DHTML Scrollbar

I have a scrollbar in DHTML on my site. It works fine, but if you click on the bar (not the arrows), it sticks, and no matter where you move the mouse, the page scrolls. To see what I am talking about, go to and click on 'Media'. Click on the music notes. The source of the DTML is at
Anyone know what I can do to stop this?
