DHTML Print/Export

We are using the DHTML viewer with Crystal RAS 9. When a report (without parameters) is refreshed, the new data shows up. However, when the report is printed or exported the saved report data is used instead of the new data, so it's an old version of the report. This phenomena does not occur with reports that have parameters. Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the link. The whitepaper indicates that RAS 9 refreshes data when the refresh command is issued (I'm assuming through the refresh button on the toolbar), which seems to work for us. The problem I'm having is not that the data does not refresh, but that the refreshed data does not show up on the printed/exported report when there are no parameters.

Anymore ideas?
