DHTML Layers and Flash

Has anyone here had problems with "drop down" menus made with DHTML layers that don't show up when they have to overlap a Flash object? Anyone have a fix for this?

i dont think you can do this.
flash is an object and i doubt you can overwrite it.

Last I heard it was impossible and will continue to be in IE.
