you could have some speed dials set up for 9,9,X.....
I have clients that have centrex that prefer to
press a button that says local and it dials all but the
last 4 digits (they also have 10 digit local dialing)
bin xx - 9p9pxxxxxxp ( key in the rest)get it
do not have assume 9 in verizon either
