I had DHCP setup on a 2008 server and then I created a set of teamed NICS. I copied all of the information to the new NIC, but I get an error on bootup in the event log saying that one interface has a dynamic address for IPv6, but it doesn't (Event ID 10020). This doesn't cause any problems, it's just an annoyance. Is there some way to get it to recognize that the IP address is static?

I had and there is nothing relevant there.

Not sure this will help you but had the same error, with IPv6 unchecked in the network connections, properties, was never configured.
Went into the DHCP mmc, right clicked IPV6, properties, ...unchecked all options in all tabs;within DNS tab had entry checked. IPv6 errors stopped.
