DHCP Server Errors?

I am getting errors in my DHCP Manager on NT 4 Server sp6a. First one says 'No More Data Available' when I try to delete one specific lease or add any reserved client. However, when I incorrectly put in the mac address when trying to create a reserved client I get a message saying. 'The Unique Identifier you have entered may not be correct. Do you want to use this Identifier anyway.' This then sets up a reserved client with an incorrect mac address. When I try to alter it I get a message, 'An error occured when accessing the DHCP database; Look at the server event log for more information.' The even log states 'The JET Database call returned the following error. -1605'.

I think I'm going to have to remove DHCP and set it back up from scratch but I'm hoping that someone has another solution.
