We have an NT4.0 platform. A couple of weeks ago our network department built 2 new W2K servers and configured DHCP on them. They are presently giving out leases on our network. My question is, when we migrate the platform to W2K/AD in a short period of time, what do we have to do regarding authorizing these servers? I know the procedure on how and why it is done, I'm just curious is it ok that there machine is already giving out leases?
