The BSD unix has configured for dhcp server as well firewall. clients are obtaining properely ip address and they could get into my remote server also.

I am not able to ping from dhcp server to client boxs, but I could ping only one network printer in that network

Some time I can ping from locally to some of the clients and also I could ping from remotely.

Help please

Do you ping by name?? Do you have a DNS or how do you resolve names??

Henrik,

I am not able to ping by name also. that site is connected through DSL moderm. This BSD box should act like LAN to LAN

Thanks
