AFter a quick test, I think you will have to define multiple option 43 with a unique name and 43 vendor calss idetifier. Looks to me that the dhcpd.conf gets setup correctly with multiple entries with match values
Not sure what you are trying to do and I have no experience with 6800 series phones. Also not sure if just having option 66 set is enough.
I also looked at how any text was added in option 43 and it is defined by if option vendor-class-identifier is equal to the value set the it has a line option vendor-encapsulated-options which is what is in the text box
The 6800 series don't run MiNET mode so I don't think you can use Option 43 as that only works for MiNET phones. You may have to use Option 66 instead if they're SIP phones.
I did look at the documentation for the 6800 series phones and yes, they can use 43 but in a different fashion than Minet. It may or may not be possible to set this up on MSL dhcp. If I had a phone, I could verify what it does in a lab scenario
