I am trying to set up a test network where the PDC has two network cards. Each one on a different subnet.
Card 1: 192.168.1.100
Card 2: 192.168.4.1

I would like to assigne and DHCP scope to each on of the cards.
Card 1 will be on 192.168.1.150-160
Card 2 will do 192.168.4.10-15

Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this?

This should work fine (but I haven't tested!!!). Follow these steps:

1. Install and configure the DHCP server.
2. Create the required scopes.
3. In the DHCP MMC, right click the DHCP server > Select "Properties" > Click on "Advanced" > Click on "Bindings" > Select both the network adapter cards > Click "OK" to close all the windows.

IP addresses will be leased automatically from the respective scopes. There is no need to bind scopes to their respective NICs.

Now your server should be able to serve both of your subnets.

But this is not a recommended implementation. If you have a router with DHCP relay enabled, you should place your DHCP server in one subnet making it serve both of your subnets.
