dhcp logging

I presently have dhcp running on 2 different servers in two different domains. I noticed in the dhcp logs that each server is configured differently to handle logging. One keeps log activity for the last 7 days while the other keeps them for the last 30. Does anyone know where to look to set this property up. I've looked in dhcp manager and do not see this option.

In the dhcp manager, select 'Local Machine'. Then go to server option in menu where you will choose properties.
