DHCP leasing problem

Hi everyone,

I have a WIN2k server running DHCP with a lease set to 1 hour, but within a 24 hours spand users are reporting a maximum amount of ip addresses being used and can not allocate a new IP address. For some reason, the server is not releasing the IP addresses. The reason why I set the lease to be 1 hour is because the amount of clients using the DHCP server, basically its a conference area. Can somebody tell me whats wrong or point me in the right direction?
