DHCP lease time 2 min. scope settings 1440 minutes

Hi, I have a middelsized network with a Nomadix USG as a dhcp server, talking to a Funk radius server to determine user settings. Problem is that dhcp scope settings are 1440 minutes, and my actual lease time is 2 minutes, until I log on, and renew ip adr, then it change to 9 year lease time. I keep on scratching my head, any tip someone?
