DHCP in sbs 2003

I have a SBS 2003 server 2 nics, static ip, a router and a switch. I have a need to provide VPN access, as well as a local access to multiple PC's. I can VPN into the server, but I am having trouble setting up DHCP to allow multiple users to do the same, as well as providing IP's for the local network off of the 2nd nic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
