Aside from configuring the IP Terminals, is there anything I need to do on the NEC to enable DHCP? I've removed the static IP address and enable DHCP on the terminal but it wont grab a IP Address off the DHCP server.

If the phone is not getting an address it is a DHCP server problem. You can verify this by going to the System Information option. Once you enter programming Hold Tranfer * # you have to do Hold # * (I believe) to get to the option. Most likely it is getting an address, but your DHCP server is not setup to send the phone the DRS server address. If you are using a windows server this can be sent via DHCP, but I will have to find the code for this. It can also be set statically in the phone and still use DHCP. Without this the phone will not come up obviously.

In the DRS Primary do I leave the gateway to the NEC and in the Secondary put the IP address of the DHCP server?

The problem is I cannot enable DHCP and get the phone up, if I input a static address and turn off DHCP, then the phone works.

In the Primary DRS put the IP address of the NEAX, and that's all. This is the only info the phone will need that is not already given out by the DHCP server. As I mentioned depending on what server you are using for DHCP it may be able to be configured to send the DRS as well.

Also, do the steps I mentioned to verify if the phone is getting an address. In the information section of the phone itself it will show you all the current configuration and IP address if it was able to obtain one. If it is not there is something wrong with the DHCP server. You may want to check your DHCP range and make sure it is not full.

Alright, they moved my VLAN over that was designated to Cisco VoIP and I changed the VLAN on the DTerm IP unit, it works =) I ran command DISD and got back a DHCP scope address. Thanks gmannatl!
