DHCP does not work with IPO 500

Hello everyone:
A customer has an IPO 500 V2 R7.0.27 with 5610 and 9608 type phones configured with static IP addressing. You want to change to DHCP IP addressing. IPO 500 was configured as a DHCP server with options SSON 176 and SSON 242. It was tested with a 9608 phone cleaning its configuration values. You connected to the network and you do not get the address by DHCP. It remains in an indefinite restart process. Any suggestion please?

Also, Do you have any vlans configured on the poe switch?

What was originally doing the DHCP for your network and has it been switched off? You can't have 2 DHCP on the same network (yes, okay you can but only if you are experienced in DHCP configuration, VLANS, etc).

Set the IP Office DHCP setting to support Avaya phones only and reboot.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
