Hello,
I have a Windows SBS 2003 sp2, and after cleaning up a virus, two services are still not running, DHCP server and performance logs. They both return an error 1000 with a fault in an unknown module. I tried to uninstall and reinstall DHCP server, even deleted related files, and the DHCP folder, but it still does not want to start.

Any suggestions on how to completely reset at least the DHCP server service?

Thanks.

Have you tried the idea/procedure on this page?

If you had malware on the server, you need to be 100% sure it's gone before moving on. I would run RKill, ADWCleaner, RogueKiller and lastly perhaps Combofix after everything else comes back as negative.

Would love to know how you allow viruses to get to servers.
Since you do not know if only two services are affected, I would do an "over the top" repair install (google it), after following Goombawaho's suggestions. Download CCleaner , run that.
