DHCP and DNS (bind)

Currently, on my server is installed FreeBSD 5.0. I have been configured an internal domain using bind and i have specified names and ip of client connected to my LAN.Now, i want to configure, on the same server, DHCP. My question is:

How can i automatically update zone files everytime DHCP assigns an address to a client?

Do some searching for "dynamic dns" related to bind. I've never done it with bind, but I know it can do it.
