DHCP & WINS - Upgrade from NT40 to W2K Server

We currently have a Windows 2000 Server running DNS. The next step we are now investigating is to import both the DHCP & WINS jet databases into the Windows 2000 server which we will configure DHCP & WINS.

Has anyone upgraded their NT40 DHCP & WINS jet data base in a windows 2000 environment?

If so please advise steps taken
