DFSYS File in kx-ns500

Hi my friends.. I transfer dfsys file from my kx-ns500 in order to open it in my web console off line, but when i pit the dfsys file in the directory it give me this message.
The system database file that you selected is not supported.
So why this happen..?

No i dont but i try to open another dfsys file from a different kx-ns500 pbx and it work, but this new one does not..!
So you mean i have to download the 8.3 ns console..?

Very thanksful Mr kizo for your replay, in related to this do you know what i have to do in order for the pft optional LCOT6 card in kx-ns520 to work..?
Do i have to install or setup some configuration in kx-ns500 in order for this port to work..?
In user manual they say that this port is optional LCOT6 card but i didnt know what they mean by that.
