How can i use DFS to replicate data from SBS to DC at branch office? We need replication of company data on SBS to DC.

Well, install the DFS component from Add/Remove programs on both servers, for a start. Note that any feature enhancements you may have with an R2 server won't be valid if both servers aren't R2-level.

DFS is not a simple thing to just load, point at two folders and pull the trigger on. There's some particular language you need to learn and there will be quite a few different parameters to configure.
