DFS Replication to cluster share

Hello! I have a failover cluster that I will be using as a file server. I established my shares on the server and added them as targets for my existing DFS shares. When I turn on replication, it runs for a while and then I get a message in the event log that says the File Replication Service is paused because the staging area is out of space. I noticed that the staging area was put on the Quorum drive, which is only 512 MB. Is there any reason that I can't put the staging folder on the (much larger) shared disk that holds all my shared folders?

I've found a few posts around that say that DFS replication isn't supported on a cluster, however, I haven't seen anything official. Can anyone confirm this or point me towards a Microsoft resource that explains it? Does that apply to both FRS and DFS-R?

Ok, that makes sense now. It skips the system drive and the replica drive, so the only thing left was the quorum. I'll try the steps in the second article and move the staging folder to the shared disk. Thanks!
