DFS Replication as a non-domain admin 1

I have two 2003 R2 servers and I am trying to set up replication for DR purposes. I am not a domain admin, and this domain is still at the Windows 2000 Native functional level. I have no control over this, unfortunately.

I am an administrator on each of the two servers, and have full rights to the OU where they sit.

I don't mind using the old pre-R2 DFS to make this work. Is there any way to get these folders replicating without using the domain? I tried setting up a Standalone Root, but it does not let me add targets from two different servers to the same root.

Thanks.

Thanks,
Andrew

See if you can be delegated the proper DFS replication rights to accomplish the task you are after. The KB article below discusses the details of delegating these rights.
