Quick question,

I have a second server, which is going to be a hot spare. I would like to have the second server backup all the data on the primary server. I'm thinking about using DFS, but to simplify the process, I would like to have the second server just copy data from the main server when changes have been made, or new files added. Is there an easy way to do this, or is dfs my best option. Also, does dfs work well on win98 machines? A client program has to be added right?

Thanks!

DFS will copy, or replicate changes as they are saved on one partner to another...

for full tolerance, you need both dfs partners to be DCs and the dfs root to be domain dfs

win98 needs the AD client software to become 'aware' of domain dfs roots...
