A Domain DFS has been set up by a member of the IT team and of course as soon as he goes on a 21 day holiday it fails....
He has set up a Domain DFS, two DC are holding root replicas.
The two servers do not replicate (according to the replication policy).
A number of links haave been set up.
A logon script maps a drive to the DFS.
The problem is that users are getting access denied when trying to write to folders.
If we map the drive the share rather than the DFS the user can write to the folder.
All the permissions seem to be correct.
Does anyone have any ideas?
