I have a Windows 2003 R2 server that hosts DFS. In the main namespace there are multiple targets pointing to folders on the server. These same folders are also available via FTP through IIS.
Now, the problem I'm having is that someone previously put some kind of special folders in each FTP folder, and I need to recreate them. These special folders are not just links, they're something else. They look like normal folders, but their target is a server share. I need to create new ones and specify a different server and share for them. The folder names correspond to the names of Virtual Directories created in IIS, and I don't know if they're related somehow.
Any help available would be appreciated.
Thanks.
