DFDN Line login

Been a while since I've had to do this so pardon what is probably a simple answer. Just verifying, but what is the process for an agent to login to the DFDN line on the phone when the ACD is down?

I'm assuming you are talking about when Symposium/Contact Center is down. Your agent ID's are defined in the schedule block in LD 23.
