Hi can anyone help?

I've writing a message board using ASP that will be run from a web hosting service. For the analysis stage i have to produce a DFD. I'm not sure how to the level 0 diagram.
One of the external entities must be 'user' but i can't figure out the process or the other entity.

any help would be appreciated.
