My Great Plains client was dropped for no apparent reason and when they tried to access the software again they were given a screen that said Dexterity Runtime error. I ended up running a Repair on Great Plains from the Control Panel Add/Remove Software applet which seems to have corrected the problem. I would like to know what casued it to avoid this problem in the future. We are running Great Plains 9.0.
