We are getting a dexterity runtime error when trying to run credit cards for sales of exactly $82.00. We recently updated our credit card acceptance by integrating a little popup window for swiping the card. Since then, any sale of $82 causes a runtime error when the card is processing. After clicking either "send" or "do not send" Great Plains then crashes to the desktop. Can anybody help to resolve this? We are finding it very strange and difficult to diagnose. Thanks!!

What does your Great Plains reseller have to say on this issue?
If they are not providing an answer I would look for one that can.

Uuuhhmmmmm... Get rid of the "little popup window"?????
Who did the customization? What do they say about the error? Do you have the code for the customization so that someone else can look at it and possibly troubleshoot it for you? So that others do not try top re-invent the wheel, what have you done in the way of trying to solve the problem?
