How can I convert more of my comptuers resources to running a perl script? It's on Windows XP. I have a server set up just to run a particular script, and I'd like to go as fast as possible.

You may be able to optimise your code, but AFAIK, there's not a lot you can do in terms of dedicating more resources to a particular process in Windows except that in the task manager you can set it's priority to high or real time.

That's a manual process though, it may be automatable through some of the Win32 modules.
